On the 10th of May, GATES PCM Integrated Services earned the right to keep SAFRA’s 6 sites around the island, always safe, forever secure.
Starting on the 1st of June 2018, all 6 SAFRA complexes across the island will come under the protection of GPIS. This allows GPIS to add SAFRA to its list of esteemed clients that already boasts major government bodies like National Parks Board, Building and Construction Authority and People’s Association as well as major corporations such as DHL, Mapletree and Astar.
The new assignments, which will require a total of 36 men to secure, will further boost the growing strength of Security Personnel within its realms.
The securing of this contract is a sign of GPIS’ strong standing within the local security industry, as the company had to go up against several tough competitors in a tight tender. It was GPIS’ unique meritous value propositions that won the company the tender, said Mr. Dexter Allan, Director of GPIS.
“Besides our proven track record which we have established in such a short time, we were able to demonstrate to our client our emphasis on continued learning and updating ourselves that exists throughout our organisation from officers to management. One of our primary methods of showcasing this was the identification of key aspects to enhance security at each individual site, after reviewing each site for security risks,” added Mr. Dexter.
Fellow Director of GPIS, Mr. Sivanessan also attributes the employee focus that GPIS embodies as another selling point that impressed the client. “We were able to ensure our client that our employees will be able to keep them always safe and forever secure, because GPIS as an organisation has a strong employee focus and benefits system, which takes care of our employees whom in turn take care of our clients,” said Mr. Sivanessan.
With such merits and strong values within the company, there is no doubt that SAFRA’s security will be in good hands for the full term of the contract.
